You must arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time. If you do not arrive 10 minutes after your reservation time, it will be cancelled without refund.
MINORS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED
Although the mission is designed for adults, younger children have a fantastic time and can participate from the age of 7, always with adult supervision. We offer a "Kids Squad Mode," in which a live-action instructor will bring the adventure to life with a live show throughout the mission (€19 extra). For all other cases, children must be accompanied by an adult.
D€10 DISCOUNT ON WEEKDAYS
Book a mission with your team of at least 3 agents, through the website calendar, from Monday to Thursday with the code "TOP_SECRET" and you will get a €10 discount on the booking amount (discount NOT valid on holidays or for teams of 2 agents).
CANCELLATIONS
No refunds will be given for cancellations under any circumstances. You may change the date and time of your session if you notify us more than 72 hours in advance. See the terms and conditions for more information.
➡️ Remember: Do not leave the website mid-booking, as your selected session will be locked for 25 minutes for security reasons. If this happens, you can wait, send a WhatsApp message, or call 673 42 37 38 to unlock it.
